About the Event

For the first time in collaboration, Tyson Stelzer and Sara Underdown presented a unique champagne experience that took a deep dive into the world of rosé champagne, the most seductive champagne of all.

The evening included eight champagnes across an expertly paired four-course menu at the award-winning restaurant, Bentley, in Sydney.
