Refund policy

Refund policy for online purchases

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it in and undamaged in any way.

Please follow this process for a return and refund or exchange:

1) Contact us at sales@vineandbubble.com with your order number and why you are requesting a refund. If products are damaged, please take a photo and send to the above address.

2) Within 2 business days you will be given authorisation to return the items. Only items that are damaged or incorrect will be eligible for postage costs to be reimbursed. Items returned due to change of mind will be posted back at the receivers expense.

3) Please post items to: VINE & BUBBLE, PO Box 3578, Norwood, SA 5067.

4) After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

5) If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund policy for events

Tickets are non-refundable if cancelled 14 days, or less, prior to the event.

All tickets are valid for the named guests only. You may be able to transfer to a friend or colleague if you are not able to attend the event. To submit a request to change your booking, please email us at sara@vineandbubble.com

We reserve the right to cancel the event. If this occurs, we will refund any tickets already paid.If anything is unclear or you have more questions, please contact sara@vineandbubble.com

Pricing and Information Validity

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are current at the time of publication.

Guest Participation

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation or to exclude a passenger from a tour if we deem it appropriate. Refusal will not be questioned or justified. Sara Underdown may also limit a guest participation in an activity within a tour if she believes any behaviour is socially unacceptable. Any decision to refuse a guest or exclude a person on these grounds will be made without recourse, refund or compensation.

Variation and Cancellations

The final agenda will be sent no later than one month prior to departure. There may be changes in itinerary due to weather, availability of a winemaker, availability or access to a Champagne House or restaurant. VINE & BUBBLE reserves the right to change, cancel or modify services beyond our control.

Accommodation

Accommodation will vary in size, style, fittings and views. At the Residence Eisenhower, there are two rooms with baths only (no shower). Guests need to specify if there are any physical limitations preventing them from using bath only facilities.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable $3,000 AUD deposit is required upon booking. The balance may be paid in instalments, upon agreement with Sara Underdown. The balance must be paid at least 60 days before departure. If this balance has not been paid by the date, VINE & BUBBLE reserves the right to cancel the reservation and offer it to another guest. Deposits and instalments are non-refundable in that case.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing to sara@vineandbubble.com. Cancellations within 60 days or less before the date of departure will attract a 100% cancellation fee for any circumstance. Cancellations within 90 to 60 days before departure will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 90 days in advance will have their instalments refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given for any service that cannot be attended to including but not limited to late arrival, early departure, poor health, personal circumstances, or by choice, not to participate.

Additional Charges

Processing a deposit and instalments by credit card will attract an additional 2.2% surcharge.

Travel Insurance

Personal travel insurance is not included in our prices but it is a condition of booking this tour that you take insurance for this trip.

VINE & BUBBLE is covered for public liability insurance.

Costs Not Included

Airfares are not included. Transportation to / from the Champagne region is not included. Any additional tastings and experiences guests would like will be at their personal expense.

Responsible Consumption

Guests who are breaching a responsible consumption of alcohol and are affecting the health and safety of themselves or the comfort of other guests may be excluded from activities at the discretion of VINE & BUBBLE. VINE & BUBBLE reserves the right to refuse alcohol service where it is deemed in line with responsible service of alcohol.
