Join us for a rare and special evening celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the House of Arras with multi award-winning winemaker, Ed Carr. 

The House of Arras is widely regarded as Australia's most prestigious sparkling wine producer, revered for its refined méthode traditionnelle wines crafted in Tasmania’s cool climate. Located in Pipers River, Tasmania, Arras sources fruit from seven pristine regions including the Tamar Valley, Coal River Valley, and Huon Valley. Tasmania's cold climate and ancient soils provides the foundation necessary for slow and consistent fruit development, ensuring freshness and deep concentration. 

Since its creation in 1995, Arras has been awarded over 140 trophies and 370 gold medals globally whilst its esteemed winemaker, Ed Carr, has received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine Championships in 2018—the only non-Champenois winemaker to do so.

We will experience no less than nine sparkling wines paired with an incredible five-course menu at the celebrated restaurant, Station Road, in Adelaide's CBD, which will be exclusively reserved for this event.
