Join us for an exceptional waterfront soirée at OTTO Sydney, celebrating 175 years of one of Champagne’s most distinguished Houses, Charles Heidsieck.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of Sydney Harbour, this intimate evening will bring together exceptional champagnes, elegant hospitality and the remarkable history of a Maison celebrated for its generosity, complexity and unmistakable style.

At the heart of the celebration will be an extraordinarily rare Charles Heidsieck 175th Anniversary Jeroboam. Crafted from 37 vintages dating back to 1937, just 175 Jeroboams have been produced worldwide. The final blend was assembled from 600 bottles of champagne, each disgorged specifically for the creation of this historic cuvée.

An extraordinary achievement in the art of blending, the anniversary cuvée captures the very essence of Charles Heidsieck: soft and generous in texture, with remarkable richness, depth and layers of savoury complexity shaped by decades of extended ageing on lees.

Alongside this historic release, guests will enjoy free-flowing Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve NV, Blanc de Blancs and Rosé Réserve, offering an opportunity to explore the distinctive character and craftsmanship that have defined the Maison for 175 years.

The evening will unfold in a relaxed yet sophisticated cocktail setting, with substantial canapés, elegant roaming service and free-flowing champagne, complemented by OTTO's celebrated Italian hospitality and spectacular waterfront setting.

Hosted by Sara Underdown of Vine & Bubble, the soirée will offer a rare opportunity to discover the stories, people and winemaking philosophy behind one of Champagne's most revered names.
