Join us at Deviation Road in the Adelaide Hills for a very special long lunch celebrating 175 years of Charles Heidsieck — an afternoon of exceptional champagne, beautiful food and conversation, set amongst the rolling vineyards of the Adelaide Hills.

At the heart of the celebration will be an extraordinarily rare Charles Heidsieck 175th Anniversary Jeroboam. Crafted from 37 vintages dating back to 1937, just 175 Jeroboams have been produced. The final blend was created from 600 bottles of champagne, disgorged specifically for this historic cuvée.

It is a remarkable expression of the Charles Heidsieck style: soft and generous, with richness, depth and layers of savoury complexity shaped by decades of extended ageing on lees.

Alongside the anniversary Jeroboam, we will taste Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve NV, Blanc de Blancs and Rosé Réserve, together with a sparkling wine from Deviation Road.

Throughout the afternoon, we’ll hear from Charles Heidsieck Brand Ambassador Amanda Aguilera and Deviation Road’s award-winning sparkling winemaker Kate Laurie, with the lunch hosted by Sara Underdown.

Local chef Matt Fitton will create an elegant menu to accompany the wines, designed for a relaxed afternoon around the table.
