Ritz-Carlton Melbourne Launches an Exclusive Champagne Club

In a first for a leading luxury hotel in Melbourne, the Ritz-Carlton will offer members of their new Champagne Club, invitation-only opportunities to connect with Champagne’s leading identities, bespoke experiences and rare tastings within the intimate and refined setting of their private dining spaces and suites.

Beverage Director and champagne enthusiast, Rosie Kim, says that she was inspired to develop a unique experience in Melbourne to help champagne lovers deepen their knowledge of champagne.

“Each event will be intimate, unique, and memorable,” she says about launching the club. “I am enthusiastic about facilitating discussions around rare vintage champagnes sourced directly from Maisons with Cellar Masters but also exploring grower champagnes and much more.”

The Ritz-Carlton recently launched their Champagne Club with a lavish dinner hosted by Champagne Salon and Champagne Delamotte’s President, Didier Depond. This rare, invitation-only event was limited to just 12 guests - creating an atmosphere of exclusivity and bespoke service over two of Champagne’s most coveted brands with very limited access.

The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, is a stunning addition to the West Side Place precinct since its grand opening in March 2023. So far it has garnered accolades for Best New Hotel and Best Luxury Hotel Australia, showcasing excellence in both service and facilities.
