Some beautiful images from our exclusive champagne immersion with Champagne AYALA at the launch of six-star, Sequoia Lodge, in the Adelaide Hills.
The event included an overnight stay at the luxurious resort and a meticulously crafted 7-course menu by award-winning Hardy's Verandah Restaurant, expertly paired with six Ayala cuvées.
We flew two very special champagnes over, directly from France, for the event including Ayala's prestige, Perle d'Ayala 2006.
