About the Event

Palmer & Co. brings together quality growers under a single entity to produce what is arguably Champagne’s finest cooperative champagne.

Their inimitable style starts with access to some fantastic fruit sources – more than 450 hectares of vineyards, predominantly from grand and premier crus. Wines mature for extended periods of time and reserves are characteristically rich.

Palmer & Co.’s style is all about texture, generosity, purity and vibrancy – they are gastronomic choices.

We had the privilege of tasting six champagnes including two new releases:

Champagnes were paired with some of South Australia’s finest produce, drawing on the culinary expertise of APOTECA.
