About the Event

We had 50 people along to a sold-out dinner at APOTECA in Adelaide for a degustation of exquisite food paired with some of Louis Roederer’s finest champagnes including Cristal 2012.

Sara Underdown joined forces with Adelaide’s leading sommelier, Liinaa Berry (2KW + Hardys Verandah), to deliver this outstanding dinner. This was a special opportunity for guests to experience the super-prestige Cristal 2012 alongside Louis Roederer’s other excellent champagnes, accompanied by expert commentary.

Champagnes were paired with some of South Australia’s finest produce, drawing on the culinary expertise of APOTECA.
