About the Event

During this casual tasting at APOTECA in Adelaide, we learned more about the rosé champagne style - what makes it different to others - and went through a sensory analysis. Guests were greeted with a glass of Louis Roederer Brut Premier champagne, followed by a tasting featuring:

  • Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve NV
  • André Clouet Rosé No. 3
  • Vilmart & Cie Cuvée Rubis Premier Cru Brut NV
  • Franck Bonville Rosé Grand Cru NV.
