Announcing a special event with Rodolphe Taittinger, Co-Owner and Founder of Champagne Frerejean Frères, one of the most exciting producers in Champagne right now.
Frerejean Frères are quality, boutique Avize-based producers. Their wines have a lovely weight and silky texture to them owed to extended time on lees (five years minimum) and use of malolactic fermentation. They are also very delicious and nicely balanced. Those who might recoil at the austerity of some blanc de blancs will find Frerejean Frères particularly palate friendly.

50%/50% chardonnay, pinot, 5 years. 6-7gr/L dosage
Frerejean Frères Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru
100% chardonnay from Avize, Cramant, Grauves, multi-vintage: 2010, 2011, 2012, 5 years on lees. 6-7gr/L dosage
Frerejean Frères Rosé Premier Cru
60% chardonnay, 40% pinot noir, 14% pinot noir vinified and aged for 7 months in old Argonne oak, 5 years on lees. 6-7gr/L dosage
Frerejean Frères Extra Brut Vieilles Vignes Premier Cru
Vieilles Vignes 40+years, 50%/50% chardonnay, pinot, 5 years on lees. 3gr/L dosage
