Great champagne, inspiring food, and expert commentary from Sydney's top sommeliers.
Seven exceptional champagnes, personally selected by Annette, Amanda and Shanteh, will be paired alongside a tasting menu prepared by the team at Chiswick. Enjoy a refined shared menu using ingredients from outside the window, prepared according to the seasons.
